Hal Keller

Harold Kefauver Keller (born July 7, 1927 in Middletown, Maryland) is a former player and executive in Major League Baseball.
Keller played catcher for the Washington Senators from 1949-1952 and went on to serve in front-office positions with the expansion Senators/Texas Rangers (1961-1978), and Seattle Mariners (1979-1985). He served as the Mariners' Vice President, Baseball Operations/General Manager from 1983-85. He graduated from the University of Marylandwith a degree in economics.
Hal’s older brother, Charlie Keller, was an All-Star left fielder with the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers.
