[edit] Not Lachin, but Qubadli

Please be more accurate in your edits. Both the Soviet and modern Azerbaijani literature and maps mentions Hakari village to be located in Qubadli region, a rayon to the south of Lachin. Qubadli is by no means mentioned in relation with the NK discourse or negotiation process and therfore this article cannot be a NKR hub. --Aynabend (talk) 19:28, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
