Hakodate Station (函館駅 Hakodate-eki?) is a railway station in Hakodate, Hokkaidō, Japan, operated by the Hokkaido Railway Company (JR Hokkaidō). It is the terminus of the Hakodate Main Line and the Tsugaru-Kaikyō Line; Hakodate Municipal Transit streetcars stop at the adjacent Hakodate Eki-mae Station.

1 to 4 Hakodate Main Line(Local) For Nanae, Ōnuma, Mori and Oshamanbe
Esashi Line(Local) For Kamiiso, Kikonai and Esashi
5 to 8 Hokuto Limited Experss For.Oshamanbe, Higashi-Muroran and Sapporo
Hakucho Limited Experss For Aomori and Hachinohe
Hokutosei Limited Experss For Sendai and Ueno
