Hakhshara

Hakhshara (Hebrew: הכשרה) is a Hebrew world that literally means "preparation", and often refers to agricultural institutes similar to kibbutzim where Zionist youth would learn technical skills necessary for founding new settlements in Israel. An example of a hakhshara is Sciesopoli.
