Haji Sultan

Haji Sultan is an alleged Taliban leader, captured on June 5, 2006.[1][2] Sultan was captured with another Taliban leader, Mullah Mohamed Rahim.

Sultan was on a U.S. wanted list. And Afghani authorities handed him over to them.[3] The Washington Post says he was captured on June 2, 2005.

Sultan is described as a bombmaker, who had led several attacks.[1][3]
