Haj Sheikh Ahmad Bahar

Haj Sheikh Ahmad Bahar was an Iranian politician, poet, writer, publisher and farmer. He was Prime Minister Mossadegh's Chief of Staff prior to and during the nationalisation of Iranian Oil assets from British interests.
He was also a member of Iran's Majlis (Parliament) from Mashhad. He owned a printing company in Mashhad and published many influential magazines and newspapers under the Bahar title. His cousin Mohammad Taghi Bahar contributed substantially to these publications and was also a member of Iran's Majlis and cooperated with him in political activities.
