[edit] Your edit to Poliomyelitis
When you edit an article after the prior editor has vandalized it you should simply revert revert rather than remove part, because you wind up leaving some of the vandal text in, as was the case with Poliomyelitis. I did a reversion, though, to clean up the most recent vandal, just for future references, though.
