All parameters are optional, but if you don't include any of them, nothing will show up.

name:= name (option), if the article title is inappropriate for link captions
congbio:= ID number of the congressional biography, shared by the Washington Post. This ID can be found in the biography URL: http://bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=[congbio]
fec:= Federal Election Commission ID, found at: http://herndon1.sdrdc.com/cgi-bin/can_detail/[fec]
govtrack:= GovTrack.us profile/record, found at: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/person.xpd?id=[govtrack]
opensecrets:= opensecrets.org page, found using the path from http://www.opensecrets.org/politicians/allsummary.asp?CID=[opensecrets].
votesmart:= vote-smart.org id, found at: http://www.vote-smart.org/bio.php?can_id=[votesmart]
ontheissuespath:= ontheissues.org page, found using the path form http://www.ontheissues.org/[ontheissuespath]. For example, the path http://www.ontheissues.org/House/David_Davis.htm should use parameter "House/David_Davis.htm".
legistorm:= legistorm.org page, found using the path form http://www.legistorm.org/[legistorm]. For example, the path http://www.legistorm.com/member/Rep_David_Davis/829.html should use parameter "Rep_David_Davis/829.html".
