Haiseiko (ハイセイコー Haiseikō?) (March 6, 1970 - May 4, 2000) was a Japanese Thoroughbred racehorse.

In 1972, at age two, Haiseiko began racing at the Oi Racecourse that was Japanese local government horse racing. He was undefeated in six starts at Oi Racecourse. The race called the Seiun Sho which he won is today known as the Haiseiko Kinen.

At age three, Haiseiko traded to Japan Racing Association. He won the Satsuki Sho, which was the first match of the Japanese Classic Races without a defeat, but he was it with third of the Take Hope and the first defeat by the Tokyo Yushun. He lost to second of Take Hope in the Kikuka Sho again.

At age four, Haiseiko won the Takarazuka Kinen.

Retired to stud, Haiseiko sired the Tokyo Yushun winner Katsurano Haiseiko, the Satsuki Sho winner Haku Taisei, the Tokyo Derby winner King Haiseiko and Outrun Seiko. He was the Leading Sire in NAR for 1990.

Haiseiko was inducted in the Japan Racing Association Hall of Fame in 1984.
