"Hail Mary" is a single by 2Pac featuring Outlawz, taken from the album The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory. It was written and recorded in only 30 minutes and is considered by many to be a classic. The bells and dark sounds were typical features for Shakur's music during his "Makaveli" period. Some remark that this song contains his deepest verses and proved his ability to write powerful lyrics. The song peaked at #43 on the UK Singles chart. "Hail Mary" also appeared on Shakur's Greatest Hits in 1998. In all it has been on a total of 5 2Pac CDs (2Pac's Greatest Hits, 7 Day Theory, Best of 2Pac, Pt. 1: Thug, Nu-Mixx Klazzics. Nu-Mixx Vol. 2.

The video depicts Tupac rising from the grave to kill three young men, presumably responsible for his death. The deaths are made to look like accidents. The final scene of the video shows two grave diggers struggling to pronounce the name on Tupac's shattered tombstone: Makaveli.
