As suggested, I have rewitten this article from scratch. please see temp page for new version of article without copyrighted material. Please rembmer that the notability of this article is still valid as this is a published band that still plays.

I'm sorry, but you've failed to establish notability for this band, have failed to write from a neutral point of view ('wonderfully obnoxious'), have violated copyright by copy/pasting text directly from allmusic.com, and have removed a boiler placed by another editor, without explaining why. I'm afraid I'm going to have to nominate this article for deletion if you do not address these points. For now, I'll re-add the notability boiler, and add a few more. -- Ec5618 06:50, 12 July 2006 (UTC) Retrieved from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Tomasland" In response to Ec5618: Please explain to me how I have not quoted sources. The band Hagfish is well known in and around Texas. They have several albums on reputable record labels. You claim that the article does not fall under an accepted category? Please explain how a punk rock band is not music (an accepted category). Just because you do not know them, does not mean they are not worthy. As for the quote from Allmusic, it is not copyright infringement if it is properly noted, and credit is given, it is re-publishing. There is notable information in the list of members, albums, and current projects. I feel that this article is noteworthy, and if you do not feel so, please contact a moderator.
