[edit] CLINMED et al.
I've noticed that you've been editing medicine related articles -- from your contributions. We have a place where the medically minded people hang out: WikiProject "Clinical Medicine" (WP:CLINMED). You are invited to join or just browse the talk page, which is also known as the doctors' mess.
If your interests are in nephrology, pathology, GI or pre-clinical medicine-- there are projects specifically for those things.
If you're looking for info on how to do references in Wikipedia (for medical articles) see: WP:MEDMOS.
[edit] Comments about pulsus paradoxus
I think the best way to go about changing things is to reference 'em with a reliable source (WP:REF). I had that the sense you weren't assuming good faith (see WP:AGF). I don't get everything right... but I do try to get things right.
Also, the edits were by anonymous editors and without references to convince me otherwise. I changed 'em back 'cause they lacked explanation and in view of the assumption that it is the systemic venous return-- it was an introduction of an error.
I put your comments (& mine) on talk:pulsus paradoxus-- where they really ought to be. It is usual to leave messages at the bottom; like when one writes on a page, one adds to the bottom of the page (not to the top). If you use the "+" (beside the "edit this page" tab) at the top when leaving comments... it automagically adds the comments to the bottom.
If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. I look forward to more of your edits. Nephron T|C 23:41, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
