Hadrothemis scabrifrons is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
