William Alexander "Bill" Bishop of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada is an international marketing and branding specialist. He has created major advertising campaigns and marketing programs for McDonald's, Coca-Cola, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels and others. He is currently Vice President, International Marketing and Communications at 4Refuel.

Bishop uses his strong creative background and strategic marketing sense to build powerful, simple marketing messages and effective communications for both external and corporate audiences.

Being a stragtegist with a background on creative side of advertising, Bishop saw the need for integration. During his ten year stint in Southeast Asia, Bishop built a reputation for building integrated marketing campaigns in which brand messaging is applied consistently across online, direct mail, tv and print as well as public relations, sales and even internal communcations.

He was also among the first to create an interactive division within his advertising agency to futher ensure message integration. This initiative improved penetration and placed his agency among the first of the top tier agencies to offer an integrated online advertising and marketing range of services.

Bishop currently leads the international marketing and communications of 4Refuel - a global innovator in fuel management technology. Since joining 4Refuel in 2005, Bishop has improved internal communications dramatically. A 2007 survey by Queen's University and the Globe and Mail of the 25 Best Small Business in Canada for Which to Work placed 4Refuel 7th in the country due to strong internal communications and employee feedback. The company also placed among the BC finalists in Deloitte's annual ranking of Canada's Top 50 Best Managed Companies for 2007.

Bishop is married with two children and lives south of Vancouver, walking distance from the beach.
