Hörsel is a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the district of Gotha, in Thuringia, Germany. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft is in Hörselgau.

The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Hörsel consists of the following municipalities:

  2. Ebenheim
  3. Fröttstädt
  4. Hörselgau
  5. Laucha
  6. Mechterstädt
