Hélène Gosselin

Hélène Gosselin is a Canadian senior civil servant who is titled Deputy Head and Associate Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Canada and the Vice-Chair of the Canada Employment Insurance Commission. She was appointed on September 5, 2006. Prior to her current position, she worked in other government agencies including the Department of National Defence, the Privy Council Office, Heritage Canada, Industry Canada, Health Canada and the Treasury Board Secretariat.
