Håkan Malmrot (November 29, 1900 – January 10, 1987) was a Swedish breaststroke swimmer. He won two goldmedals at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp on 200m and 400m breaststroke, both times with Swedish Thor Henning as silver medalist.
In 1980 Malmrot became a member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame.
