Hå is a municipality in the county of Rogaland, Norway. Hå is the southernmost municipality in the district Jæren.
Hå was established as a municipality January 1, 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). It was divided into Nærbø and Varhaug in 1894. The municipality of Hå was (re)created after the merger of Nærbø, Varhaug and Ogna January 1, 1964.
In local politics, the divisions between the three previous municipalities are very visible.

The municipality is named after the old farm Hå (Norse Háar). The meaning of the name is unknown.

The coat-of-arms is from modern times (1991). It shows a winch to move stones from the fields.
