Its Terms of Service state under 3.2: You retain copyright and other intellectual property rights with respect to Content you create in Second Life, to the extent that you have such rights under applicable law. All avatars created using the Second Life platform are the legitimate intellectual property of their respective creators.

The content of this image is from Second Life. Per press release^[1], Linden Lab declared that all intellectual properties of an object in Second Life belong to the subscriber who created it. The software itself is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License^[2].

This image is not a derivative work if it only contains user-created content. If it contains content created by third parties, such as logos or other copyrighted material, evidence of proper licensing of such copyrighted material must be provided.
