Original caption: "Great Western Railway autocoach on Severn Valley Railway at Kidderminster being hauled by a pannier tank."
Comment: This coach is a Great Western Railway Inspection Saloon, probably built by British Railways, used for transporting officials to and around working sites. It is not a GWR Autocoach: it has no driving cab, and the purpose of the warning gong/bell is a mystery.
