最近,国内网上媒体报道了福建省莆田市城厢区延寿村维权农民黄维忠被判刑一案的真实案件。其实,早在2001年《半月谈》《法制日报》《解放日报》《人民网》《工人日报》等报刊网站媒体报道福建省莆田县梧塘镇党委书记林国奋,举报市县委书记贪腐,被冠上"诽谤领导"罪名,含冤判型一案，其中题为《莆田一位举报人的遭遇》《《最黑的“黑”字怎样写》广为流传。2004年各媒体报道《谁来保护莆田上访人的权益？》报道了控告人、举报人三个被判刑。劳教二人，被拘留不计其数。
