I wanted to add more than just this, but this is a good start. A more in depth history will follow.Bethereds 08:10, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Current pic

As mentioned in the article the site is currently covered and under renovation.

I'll try to take a picture the next time I'm downtown and post it. Singhahyung 08:03, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Okay, but I think the main picture should be of the Gwanghwamun without scaffolding, perhaps you can add the scaffold picture later in the article.Bethereds 14:12, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
that's what I plan to do, a smaller picture at the bottom of the article next to its last few lines

Well I'm not protesting that the caption was removed, but it was accurate, I was standing on the Gyeongbokgung side when I took it.Bethereds 10:45, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
The keyword being "was", going out of date as soon as the image was changed. :P (At least according to the image description page ...) YooChung 11:12, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Who keeps removing the Gwanghwamun with Governor General Building picture?

It's there to illustrate what the relationship between the two buildings was. Is there a reason why the image keeps getting deleted? Bethereds 18:51, 11 April 2007 (UTC) Okay it's been months with no reply. I'm going to add it again. Bethereds 01:50, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] What does 광화문 mean?

Can someone add to the article what 광화문 means in English? I know 문 means gate; but what does the rest mean? --RisingSunWiki 17:23, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
