Guylaine Cloutier (born October 1, 1971 in Lévis, Quebec) is a former international breaststroke swimmer from Canada, who competed for her native country at three consequentive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988. Her best Olympic finish was the fourth place in the 100m breaststroke at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.
