Guy of Avesnes

Guy van Avennes (also spelt as Guy van Avesnes) (1253-1317) was Bishop of Utrecht from 1301 to 1317. He and John II, Count of Hainaut and Count of Holland were both sons of John I of Avesnes and Adelaide of Holland, making them members of the House of Avesnes.
