Guy Sykes was a fictional character on the Australian television soap opera Neighbours. He is played by Australian actor Fletcher Humphrys.

Guy is an old acquaintance of Katya Kinski who returned to haunt her. He blackmailed her into giving him bucket loads of money $100,000. However Katya betrayed him and tried to shoot him but accidentally shot herself and wound up in hospital in a coma. Guy threatened Katya's brother Zeke Kinski but Katya woke up and electrocuted Guy, who disappeared for a while. Guy later came back and held Katya, Zeke, Toadie Rebecchi, Steph Hoyland and Charlie Hoyland hostage at the Hoyland household. Toadie distracted Guy while everyone else escaped, but Toadie was shot. Guy went to prison and Toadie to hospital. Guy is supposedly behind Katya getting beaten up and Katya left Ramsey Street to keep Guy away from Zeke, Rachel Kinski (Katya's sister), and Karl and Susan Kennedy (Katya's adoptive parents).
