Guy Oseary (Hebrew: גיא עוזרי; born 1972) is an Israeli-American businessman. He is known as the CEO of Maverick Records, co-founder of Maverick Films and manager of American star Madonna. He is also manager for Lenny Kravitz and Katharine McPhee.
Oseary was born in Jerusalem, Israel. He attended Beverly Hills High School and started working with Madonna at age 17[citation needed] to found Maverick Records. Oseary is the godfather of Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son Rocco. As a producer for Maverick Films, Oseary produced films such as Agent Cody Banks and Material Girls.
He also wrote a book about the relationship of music and jewish people, titled Jews Who Rock. It was published by Maverick division, Maverick Books. He also released a second publication, On the Record: Over 150 of the most talented people in music share the secrets of their success, a collection of interviews with famous musicians and industry executives.
On December 18, 2007, Oseary was hired by baseball player Alex Rodriguez to serve as his agent. This is his first professional athlete client.
