Guy Davis, born 14th March 1983 in Chertsey, Surrey, is the drummer in the British rock band Reuben. He is Reuben's third drummer, taking the place of Mark Lawton after the release of the band's Pilot EP.
Guy began his journey through drums and percussion at the very early age of 8 years. Taught by the best, Singapore Symphonys own Head of Percussion, Guy learned all the things that interested him from the vibraphone and timpani through to his favourite instrument the drum kit.
Throughout Guys school years he continued his drum education and formed various bands from which he began to gain live experience and get a taste for what he really dreamed of doing. His musical ventures around this time included the now-defunct rock outfit Dissent.
In 2000 Guy filled in for a local band Angel. Less than 8 months later this had become a full time position and Guy was a fully-fledged member of the band, which had by then changed its name to Reuben.
Four years later and Reuben are now signed to Xtra Mile Recordings/Sony and have three albums in the bag, the second of which was produced by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters and Feeder) they continue to receive extensive exposure on MTV2 and Radio One.
