I have removed information from the article about the current location and ownership of Guss' Pickles since this information is hotly debated and the article is unsourced. We are getting emailed complaints from Joe Singer, who claims to run the current incarnation of Guss' Pickles and who says that there is litigation surrounding the use of the trademark by Pat Fairhurst and the store in Manhattan. We take no sides and since there are no reliable sources I've pulled the relevant paragraphs.

I also removed a section titled "References." These were not suitable references because they are all feature stories of an editorial nature rather than news articles. I reviewed several that were readily available and further found that they did not corroborate any of the disputed portions of the article.

I cant believe this is actually happening they are trying to dethrone the Lower East Side Guss Pickles!!!!???? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.161.207.101 (talk) 03:45, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
