Gustavo Domingo Quinteros Desabato (born February 15, 1965 in Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentine - Bolivian football coach and former defender.
His clubs as a player include The Strongest, San Lorenzo and Argentinos Juniors, and he currently coaches Blooming, which became Bolivian Football Champions in 2005. The defender played 26 international matches and scored once for the Bolivian national team, including two appearances in the 1994 FIFA World Cup.

After retiring as a player Quinteros became a coach at San Lorenzo's youth academy, in 2003 he had a brief spell as first team coach. He returned to Bolivia in 2005 to manage Blooming and then took over San Martín de San Juan in the Argentine 2nd division.
