Woof! The people here are pretty condescending, huh? "You can't do the rational thing because you're a n00blet and I am the l33t editor!" Even changed the word back from "left" to "right". Such is wikipedia.SashaNein 16:22, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks Sasha, Indeed the problem with Wikipedia are idiots who think they're the grammar police and incredibly anal about the most minutest of details, main reason why the Angry Nerd has had BOTH his wiki pages removed and banned (AVGN and ANN)for "no proof that he actually exists" and why "ScrewAttack" is considered a SPAM word. Guru Larry 16:27, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

A spam word? No doubt it was manually entered in by one of the administrators that have personal vendettas against him. I think the count is at about 20 admins right now that hate his guts, which means that even if he has his own TV show or half to full-page featured in huge newspapers and magazines, he will be denied an article. "No new developments since July 2006 and he isn't even hosted on a top 1,000,000 alexa site!" is their cute little defense of lies.SashaNein 16:30, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
Yup, try entering ScrewAttack as a link and within seconds a Mod-Bot will revert evert change you've ever done on that page and leave you a message on your main page not to put sites that are considered SPAM on their precious site. Also do it again and they'll leave another message threatening to ban you. Guru Larry 07:20, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Gametrailers to get the wiki axe

Can you believe it? GameTrailers

They're saying it doesn't meet the "notability" guideline. Oh well, they've lied to get their way before. They can't stop now.SashaNein 02:05, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Well they're not voting for a deletion, but theres some real anal whores here, how much notability do you need? a signed document from George Bush? --Guru Larry 02:14, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

The one that's trying to get Gametrailers and Screwattack gone is the same person that's busting your balls on the Game Guru article. Don't be surprised if he tags yours as well.SashaNein 19:21, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Gamezville Page, User:StuntRaceFX

Hey Larry, could you check out my user page, then my latest edit on the Gamezville page? (What it looked like from my last edit) User:StuntRaceFX is being fairly aggressive with me about my changes, and i'm pretty confident they were a serious improvement. So I could just do with a second opinion. Whadya' reckon? I'm pretty sure he's not looking to improve the quality, just wanting it how he wants it. We might have to see about fetching a moderator if he continues. Slydevil 23:08, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Actually, not to worry, just keep an eye on the page, and him. Heh, thanks. Slydevil 12:27, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

I didn't think the reedit was too bad, I checked it before yesterday and it seemed fine then, I think the positions of the Cellcast complaint and the reception segments should be swapped back, but apart from that. But if he keeps on, maybe it'd be wise to request that the page be locked --Guru Larry 02:37, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the support on that. The Cellcast Complaint I moved as Trivia sections are discouraged (so I could remove it), and it fitted in with 'History'. The complaint should be removed in the future (simply as I don't feel it's notable) unless it's neatly embedded in another section. A reception section is good for the quality of the article, and that particular paragraph I felt was better suited there. Thanks, though :-) Slydevil 19:30, 9 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blanking the page

Per the talk page guidelines, there is nothing that states that you are not allowed to blank your own talk page. Some of the edit summaries I have seen show that Larry is being deliberately targeted and then fed false information in order to deter him from performing actions that are still within the guidelines. SashaNein 13:02, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

Also see discussion here. Warnings are only reminders to the user, as stated by administrators Kusma and Radiant. This is fact. Allow this user to remove his own personal warnings as he pleases. SashaNein 13:15, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Changing Titles

Hi Larry,

On the top of the article, there's the "history" and "watch" buttons, but there's also a "move" button. That essentially should rename the article. I'm off to MAGfest now! SashaNein (talk) 01:49, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Access to all episodes of Guru Larry's Retro Corner

Hi Larry, I didn't know you had 33 episodes of your show! Is there a way to watch all of them online? I can only find 5 on the XLeague site. Until today, I thought that these were the only five episodes!

It'd be great if the XLeague site archived all of the reviews.

And MAGfest was fun! It was great meeting up with PBC and ScrewAttack. I'll try and have pictures soon. SashaNein (talk) 22:46, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
