- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Guo (郭).
Guo Youzhi was a minister serving under Shu. During Zhuge Liang's proclamation before the Northern Campaign, Guo Youzhi was listed by Zhuge Liang as being exceedingly loyal and faithful, along with that of Dong Yun and Fei Yi. Guo Youzhi was afterwards entrusted by Zhuge Liang with all the matters of the Imperial Court.
