Nils Gunnar L. Nilsson (March 23, 1923 – May 13, 2005) was a Swedish boxer who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.

Nilsson won the Heavyweight silver medal for Sweden at the 1948 Olympics in London.
He was born in Malm, Sweden.
