Gunnar Halvorsen

Gunnar Halvorsen (born July 24, 1945 in Arendal, died March 6, 2006) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party (AP). He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Aust-Agder in 1993.

He was a municipality council member in Åmli from 1967-1979, and mayor from 1979–1983. In addition he was a member of the Aust-Agder county council from 1975-1993.
