Gulshan-e-Hadeed

Gulshan-e-Hadeed is one of the most educated, beautiful and well built area of Karachi. Gulshan-e-Hadeed is located on main National Highway,30 minutes of drive from Karachi’s busiest airport, Jinnah International Airport.
It is bifurcated in three phases (Phase-I, Phase-II and Phase-III) Phase-I: Phase-I is the most busiest area of Gulshan-e-Hadeed the reason is that, It is commercial and residential area. In Phase-I there is a Jamiah Masjid of Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat named “Diyyar-e-Habeeb”. Peer bazaar is also being held in Phase-I on every Monday. According to statistics, it's one of the cities of Pakistan with most schools and colleges.
Phase-II: Phase-II is the also the busiest area of Gulshan-e-Hadeed but not as much as Phase-I. It is totally residential area. In Phase-II there is a Jamiah Masjid of Dewoband named “Bab-e-Rehmat” and one is the Jamial Masjid named “Faizan-e-Madina” it belongs to Ahl e Sunnat. There is a huge bazaar held on every Wednesday named “Budh bazaar”.
Phase-III: The management of Pakistan Steel had planned to establish the new residential area named Phase-III. Nowadays development process is going on in Phase-III.
Gulshan-e-hadeed is one of the most popular residential area of Karachi. Most of the peoples work in Pakistan Steel. Gulshan-e-hadeed is a very advanced living area of the town. It is having almost all facilities about bussiness and living point of view. It is designed by a Russian engineer and they designed it very calculated. In this area, you see a lot of transportation and every where you look you find shops. Gulshan-e-hadeed also called town schools. It is very beautiful and clean; streets and roads are both carpeted.
Alot of credit for development in Gulshan-e-Hadeed and Steel Town goes to its former Councillor and vice chairman of Union Council Darsano Channo (Late) Abdul Hameed Dahar. Main developments during his 13 years (1983 - 1996) service were opening of first 4 schools in Gulshan-e-Hadeed, financial contribution to various mosques, construction of roads including link road between Steel Town and Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Link road connecting national highway with super highway to Hyderabad. Mr Dahar's name is still seen on various bus stops and parks in Gulshan-e-Hadeed which were made by him. His family is one of the respected and influential families living in the area of Gulshan-e-Hadeed, and Bin Qasim.
There are a lot of beautiful and big masjids, one church, one temple and many family parks nearby. Commercial shopping area are also managed where you can buy any thing.
There is a Quaid-e-Azam Park in Steel Town (at a distance of 2 KM from Gulshan-e-Hadeed) which is one of biggest and the beautiful parks of Karachi.
