Gulab Mangal

Gulab Mangal is currently the Governor of Helmand Province in Afghanistan. Previously, he was the Governor of Laghman Province and before that, Paktika Province. He's been successful in uniting the government and the people of the provinces he's governed. He is said to be "one of the most accomplished governors to have served Afghanistan since 2001" [1]. He is Pashtun, and he was born in Paktika Provence.
