Gulab Khandelwal (1924 - ) is an Indian poet born in Navalgarh, Rajasthan on 21st February, 1924.

After a childhood in Gaya, Bihar he went to the Banaras Hindu University in Benaras graduating with a BA in 1943. While at college, he came into contact with great Indian poets such as Bedhab Benarsi, Methali Sharanji, Niralaji and Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

His first collection Poetry was published in 1941 and he has since published 36 more some of which have been digitised by the Digital Library of India.[1] Six of his books have received awards from the Uttar Pradesh government and one has received an award from the Bihar government.
His Collected Poems has been translated in English [2], [3], [4], and he is on the editorial board of Vishwa Magazine the journal of the International Hindi Association [5]
Khandelwal has presided over many events organized by literary organizations, such as Archana of Kolkata. [6] and has worked extensively with other hindi poets. [7]
For the most part, Khandelwal lives with his son and daughter-in-law in the States. He has worked extensively with Indian organizations in the States and also presided on meetings in New York on "Vishwa Hindi Sammelan". An organization which strives towards the firm establishment of the Hindi language. [8]
