Is this an article about a small district of the town of Surrey? Is this article necessary? --Kylet 01:06, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

Surrey is actually a city, and a 400,000 population one at that. If this article is unnecessary, so are the others, including Cloverdale. --Kmsiever 01:59, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
I did not mean the Surrey article, but the Guildford one - breaking down Surrey into districts is fine and good, but when the district is seemingly as small and with not much to say for itself as Guildford then perhaps the article could be merged with the main Surrey one? Kylet 10:47, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
Well, Cloverdale is historically significent so there's a difference here. However, I am in favor of articles about districts and neighborhoods within cities, if they have the potential to be expanded. I think a Guildford article has potential here, but we're going to need someone who can either do some research about the area or someone who lives there. I agree. I no longer live in Surrey, so can only contribute with what I find on the Internet; hence why I created only a stub. There are areas that can still be expanded (demographics, amenities, education, history, etc). --Kmsiever 02:27, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
