Guizhou Airlines is an airline based in Guiyang, Guizhou, People's Republic of China. It is a small provincial subsidiary of China Southern Airlines operating scheduled domestic passenger and cargo services in southern China.[1] Its main base is Guiyang Longdongbao Airport, Guizhou.

The airline was established in 1991 . It is owned by China Southern Airlines (60%) and Guizhou Xianfei Industrial (40%).[1]
As of March 2007 the Guizhou Airlines fleet includes[1] :
- Guizhou Airlines operated 1 Boeing 737-300 aircraft from July 1998 to March 2004 , when it was returned to China Southern Airlines, which provides aircraft as required.[citation needed]
- In September 2003 , China Southern Airlines took delivery of its tenth Boeing 737-800 aircraft, to be operated by Guizhou Airlines which held a delivery ceremony. The aircraft would provide 167 seats in a two-class configuration, with eight First Class seats and 159 Economy Class seats.[3]
