Guisa is a municipality and city in the Granma Province of Cuba. It is located 19 kilometers (12 mi) south-east of Bayamo, the provincial capital.

In 2004, the municipality of Guisa had a population of 50,923.[2] With a total area of 596 km² (230.1 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 85.4/km² (221.2/sq mi).
