Guindauahan Ni Bendoy

Guindauahan ni Bendoy Island is an island in the province of Romblon in the Philippines. It has about two dozen local families or fisherfolk residents in the island who lives by fishing, cultivating garlic and tobacco. The island is part of barangay Talisay, Calatrava, Romblon.
Guindawahan Island or Guindauahan ni Bendoy Island derived its name from an old epic named Bendoy, a towering man who made this island his Millet plantation farm, locally called Dawa in the local tongue. Please check also Romblon Island for data on Guindauahan ni Bendoy Island.
