Guillerme Madalena Siqueira (born 28 April 1986 in Florianópolis) is a Brazilian football (soccer) player with Italian citizenship. He plays left wing with Udinese Calcio.
Siqueira was signed by Internazionale in November 2004. He was left on loan to Ipatinga and officially joined Inter on 30 August 2005.
In January 2006, as part of deal of César's transfer, he was on loan to Lazio, and a option to co-own the player rights at the end of season.
On 20 August 2006, he joined Udinese in co-ownership deal, as part of the deal that Lazio bought remain half of Goran Pandev rights.
He wore the number 86, the year he born during at Inter and Udinese.
