Guilford Middle School is a middle school in Greensboro, North Carolina.

History traces the school back to the mid 1890s. The name "Guilford Middle" didn't come up until around the 1930s. During the 30s the school included kindergarten to 12 grade.

The principle of Guilford Middle is Cynthia Kremer. The vice principles are Doug Foutty and Naquita Brewington. The mascot is the Tiger.
