The Guild S-100 electric guitar was a lightweight solid-body guitar made by the Guild Guitar Company. It features two humbucking pickups and it's body is styled similarly to a Gibson SG.
In the Grunge era, this guitar was well known as the signature axe of Soundgarden's Kim Thayil.
In the 1970's, a version of this guitar was available from the factory with leaves and acorns carved in relief into the body of the guitar. Joan of Arc's Tim Kinsella has been known to play one of these.
