Guido Grilli

Guido John Grilli (born January 9, 1939 in Memphis, Tennessee) is a former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Athletics during the 1966 season. Listed at 6' 0", 188 lb., he batted and threw left-handed.

In a 22-game career, Grilli posted a 0-2 record with a 7.08 ERA and one save in 20 ⅓ innings of work.
