Guffey is an unincorporated town and a U.S. Post Office located in Park County, Colorado, United States. Guffey has a population of about 26. The Guffey Post Office has the ZIP Code 80820.[2]
Guffey is semi-famous for electing animals Mayor of Guffey, although such an office does not officially exist. According to local folklore, the two main political parties in Guffey are called the "Democats" and the "Repuplicans".
The last known Mayor of Guffey is a cat named Monster (elected in 1998).
