- Helminthrophis sp. is known from a single collection. It may represent an undescribed species since none of the three described species are known from adjacent portions of Venezuela.
- Typhlops trinitatus is endemic to Trinidad and Tobago.
- This species is only known in Trinidad and Tobago from a single collection.
- Boa constrictor has been recorded on the islands of Monos and Gaspar Grande in the Bocas.
- Epicrates cenchria maurus has been reported from the island of Chacachacare in the Bocas, but has not been confirmed with a collection.
- Clelia clelia clelia has been reported from the island of Chacachacare in the Bocas, but has not been confirmed with a specimen.
- Erythrolampus aesculapii is only known in Trinidad from a single collection.

- Atracus trilineatus has been reported from the island of Huevos in the Bocas, but Boos considers this record doubtful.
- Atractus cf. univittatus is known from a single collection in Tobago. It has affinities with A. univittatus, but may be an undescribed species.
- Dipsas variegata trinitatis is an endemic subspecies.
- Leptodeira annulata ashmeadi has been recorded on the islands of Huevos and Gaspar Grande in the Bocas.
- Sibon nebulata nebulata has been recorded on the island of Huevos in the Bocas.
- Chironius carinatus carinatus has been reported from the island of Chacachacare in the Bocas, but this has not been confirmed with a collection.
- Chironius scurrulus is known from a single collection in Trinidad with no locality recorded.
- Drymarchon corais corais has been recorded from the island of Monos in the Bocas.
- Leptophis stimsoni is an endemic species.
- Mastigodryas boddaerti boddaerti has been recorded from the islands of Chacachacare, Monos, Huevos and Gaspar Grande in the Bocas, and from Caledonia Island.
- Mastigodryas boddaerti dunni has been recorded from the island Little Tobago. This is an endemic subspecies.
- Oxybelis aeneus has been recorded from the islands of Chacachacare and Huevos in the Bocas.
- Tantilla melanocephala has been recorded from the island of Huevos in the Bocas.
- Micrurus lemniscatus diutius has been reported on the island of Gaspar Grande in the Bocas.
