Guan Hai
Traditional Chinese: 管亥
Simplified Chinese: 管亥

Guan Hai was a Yellow Turban commander who was active in the Shandong area in the Later Han Dynasty of China. In 193, Kong Rong, the Chancellor of Beihai, set out to Duchang (都昌) to quell the declining Yellow Turban Rebellion. In response, Guan Hai led his army to surround Duchang and laid siege to it. Kong Rong sent Taishi Ci to seek help from Liu Bei, who agreed to lend Taishi Ci three thousand soldiers to relief the siege. Guan Hai's men scattered after Liu Bei's reinforcements arrived in Duchang.

In the historic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Luo Guanzhong, it was said that he had the strength of ten men and helped lead a third insurgence of the Yellow Turbans. In the attack on Kong Rong, Guan Hai challenged Guan Yu, who came with Liu Bei to aid Kong Rong, to a duel. In a couple of bouts, Guan Hai was cut down by his opponent.
