The Guadeloupe Woodpecker (Melanerpes herminieri) is a species of bird in the Picidae family. It is endemic to Guadeloupe.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
