Guadelupe is a city located on the northern part of the island of São Tomé, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the eight largest city with a population of 1,734. The city is also serves as the capital of Lobata district.
Guadalupe is linked with a road encircling the whole island as well as to Neves and the capital of São Tomé and south to Trindade.

Santana has a school or a collegiate (colegio) and a lyceum (middle school), a gymnasia (secondary school) is in the capital, a few churches, a beach, a small port and a few squares (praças). The municipality is the middle-class range in GDP and GNP in São Tomé and Príncipe.
