[edit] removing links to NYT
Hi GTubio -- we generally do not delete links to NYT articles, even though they now only provide an abstract and not full text unless you have a subscription. If you can find a free version of the same text, feel free to link it instead, but there is no absolute prohibition against it, and we do it all the time for articles in, e.g., scientific journals that are pay-for-access. [edit] Shereshevskii
I have created redirect Shereshevskii. I think it is what you want abakharev 23:00, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
- Just wait a day or two until they reindex the search database. If it would not appear in a couple of days, then it is a bug in Wikimedia software, that probably should be reported abakharev 23:12, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Un saludo
Outlyer 01:55, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RE:Delete Definitely not-notable
Hello! I hope you are feeling fine. As for the comments which I made, I wish to make some things clear. Currently, I agree that I may be contradicting myself in this. But when I vote delete because the article is non-notable, it does not mean that the article will not be in Wikipedia forever. I also hope to see the day when Wikipedia has ALL possible human knowledge but we should do this step by step. In fact, the popular opinion of most users is to exclude articles which seem non-notable in Wikipedia. However, I personally hope that this would change in the future. But right now, if the article is kept in Wikipedia, it is perfectly fine with me. But as I have said before, my hands are tied in this matter. That particular article would most likely be deleted but if it appears again and users change their stance on this, I am more than glad to comply. Lastly, I wish to state that based on my past experience in AfD votes which I had voted Keep, I had to endure strong negative comments by users who voted Delete. But my philosophy on this matter remains unchanged deep within my heart. It is my desire to see ALL human knowledge on Wikipedia. --Siva1979Talk to me 21:00, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Figures compiled from official sources of each nation (generally 1935). Source: The Atlas of Today and Tomorrow by Alexander Rado published by Victor Gollancz (London 1938).
I have seen other historical figures in the library but I cant remeber the title of the book unfortunately. But the figures are controversial. In particular the above list is not on a "Purchasing power parity" basis. It may be that some currencies (such as the dollar and the rouble) were overvalued. Jameswilson 00:54, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
